NanyaFitness was created by Ifunanya Agbo, ISSA Certified Personal Trainer.
She is a fitness enthusiast and mother of two who rebuilt her own strength after a C-section, between diapers, deadlines, and dinner.
She saw a gap: fitness programs that speak to real people, men and women without understanding real-life challenges.

Adapt: travel/home alternatives; pain-free regressions.


Measure: simple metrics, rep quality, set completion, RPE, and energy log.


Advance: deload week if needed; step up loads and density when you’re ready.
